I have had 2 children, and have tried my best to get the weight off from them, with no success. I have tried the Atkins diet until someone told me that the the Atkins guy died from his diet, i don't know what other diets to try. If someone is out there who knows where i am coming from and has a diet that is for the average person, please let me know.
It doesn't have to be one that loses 50 pounds overnight lol, but just one that will make a sizable difference. I am really not that big, but I need to get the baby weight off and after a year you would think that would be possible. My friend did tell me though that it took her 3 years to get rid of her baby weight, so i don't know if my body is like that or not, guess we'll find out. Thanks so much.

honey think lean and green!! stay away from foods that are white. Eat 5 small meals a day and go for walks when you first start out.
Lean being the meat and green being veggies veggies veggies. Drink lots of water.
eat only fruits from your country do not eat exotic ones.
You do not have to starve yourself to lose the weight. Just eat smart

It is also alot easier to lose weight if you can be as stress free as possible. Yoga is excellent to help you to obtain an equal balance mind and body go hand in hand

Wonderful. I have heard a lot about Yoga, but have never tried it. I could definately use some stress free tactics. I have been so stressed lately, but i didn't think that could have something to do with they way i eat, when i get stressed i simply sleep. Great ideas, i am going to give them a try. Thanks so much for your responces.

I agree with every thing that's already been said, but I also think that portion control is one of the biggest obstacles to weight loss. I also have baby weight from two babies and following these kinds of guidelines I'm losing weight fairly quickly. It's really remarkable what actual recommended portion sizes are compared to what we really eat. You should check it out and incorporate that and the other suggestions. Good luck to you!

I would not be looking for a diet but a change in your eating habits that are healthy and incorporate some type of exercising. You are going to need something that you can live with. Lots of water, fruits, vegetables and lean meats. Try walking for 30 minutes a day. If consistent you will see results.
