pet peeves at work

I work in customer service and I hate these things:
1) When people peep over my cubicle to talk to me
2) When I get a call with 3 minutes to leave (like now)
3) When I ask for someone's phone number to verify their number and they start punching it into the phone (or when I answer the phone and they are holding the button down so it beeps really loud in my ear)

I used to work in retail, and would hate the people who came in looking for something, I say we don't sell it and they insist that have bought it here before....when in fact we have never sold it.
And then they don't believe me and go and ask someone else grrrr!
