A friend of mine says that he has great difficulty in urinating and that his urine has reduced to a trickle, specially the early morning urine. he says it is because of enlargement of prostate. What is the cure for it besides operation? Can it be controlled? Is it prostate or something to do with the contractin of bladder?

the urine pipe travels within the prostate gland in our body! when the prostate swells, it causes some pressure on this pipe and constricts this pipe! and thus the flow of urine gets affected and slows down!! if the swelling is more intense it can totally block the flow!! unless the passage is opened the flow will be difficult and urine will get accumulated in the bladder and bladder will not get a chance to get empty!! happy mylotting!!

hmm it actually depends, it could be urinary tract infection or there is something wrong with his prostate. He must have his urine check or urinalysis. the president of our company had a problem with his prostate he thought it is just urinary tract infection but it turned it he has stones in his prostate, he had it removed through lazer 2 weeks ago! so tell your friend to have it check... one should drink plenty of water, our doctor said 2 and a half liters of water should be consumed everyday to avoid such complications...
