Assertiveness

Can assertiveness be developed? I dont say that Im not assertive but to scale my assertiveness, I guess I fall for just 75%. I want to develop more on that so anybody please give me tips on how I can be more assertive.

I am not very assertive but I do like to have my way in most situations. This is not because of anything other than the thought that I am right most of the time. I listen to other people and make my decisions based on my own rules. Cheers!!

It seems that you are really assertive. Thanks for the response. Anyway, how you cope with people around you? How you make you way to them?
