Today is a full moon.
And, I have the worst headache.
I'm not sure if my headaches are related to
the cycles of the moon. But, it really hurts!
Maybe there's just too much humidity
or moisture in the air.
Have you ever noticed more headaches
around the full moon?
When do you get your
worst migraine headaches?
What's the usual cause of your headaches?

I have been getting horrible headaches from the moon for years now. There are actually many who are. I have taken so many different pills trying to help and nothing has worked. I did just read something about how possitive ions in the air can cause these headaches and many more symptoms like the whole body aches I get with the headaches. There are things we can do to increase the negative ions in the air so I am going to try that next. This full moon is proving to be a doozie just like last month. Some months are definitely worse than others. Good luck!

humidity definately gives me headaches.it's just so close feeling.
stress usually causes the worst migraines though.probably from thinking too much about something.

I get really bad migranes whenever a schnook comes in. In case you don;t know what that means here it is. A schnook is a wind that blows over the mountains in BC and warms up and blows into Calgary which is where I live. It can change our weather from 40 below to 20 above in just a matter hours. With it brings along high pressure and that is what causes me to get headaches, the high pressure.
I know a lot of people here that get migranes when ever a schnook blows in and so that is how I know it is because of that. Also I can be fine and the next minute I have a migrane hit full blast. That is when I know that a schnook is going to happen. I can usually get rid of my headache pretty fast by taking a couple advil and laying down.

I get migraine headaches very often. but not as yours. I get it when I go in the sun or because of stress and also during the menapause. Some times when I eat chocolates, Ice creams and curd in the night, I get the headache. There are so many reasons for me to get migraine headaches.
