im not trying to pick a fight because i know if i were interested in certain subjects i would be happy to get them in my notify but..
im sick of getting ptc, i got paid, make money this way or how do i make money..
now AGAIN i want to say that im not trying to be rude to the poster because i know i in the beginning have posted something similar before but ive been burned by too many ptc's that i am not interested in trying anything new and have pretty much signed up for the most i can handle (way more actually lol) in any way of making money.. so while i love my friends and their discussions i wish i could just filter those that way i can keep them on notify (if i take them off i will never get around to checking on them)
anyone else getting annoyed by this?? like i said no offense.. im sure every one has a topic they see a lot that annoys them or doesnt interest them..

ha ha ha ha ha... I am usually not bothered by them. I will open it up, take a quick glance. If I can post a response, I will, otherwise, I just delete it from my mailbox.
If you are using outlook, you can actually filter out those mail with key words that you know will be used in these discussions. Then just redirect those mail to some folder in your profile and it should not bother you so much anymore.

they had a filter option with where to send it and i put spam but it wouldnt send it there.. and i didnt want them to be deleted since i would never know if it worked then.. i do know it would hide them when you hit the archive button after selecting them and then when you hit all mail it would show them amongst the other mail.. but other than that i have no idea and the way i told you is sooooo not user friendly!!

I am not really interested in those types of posts either, I don't really have much time for any other money site other than mylot, and I am here more for the discussion than money anyway, I can go outside and pick up more change than what I would make in a day here. But I suppose we set ourselves up for seeing those posts though, because at least half of the people here are for making money, and this website is not for making friends alone, but it is also for money. A lot of people are interested in those types of post, despite the other half of the members not being so interested. It doesn't bother me too much, but I would rather not have all the other discussions pushed down for money making posts, unless if the site was really different and cool, not a money site that I see posted here every day... That can be annoying. Happy mylotting and have a great day or night!

You can filter them by not having "making extra money" "make money online" as your interest for starters.

yeah thebohemianheart just answered what i was gonna say.. i dont understand fully how to do the filters on gmail though.. ive played around with it but it seems to send them god knows where until i hit for all my messages to show instead of the usual inbox.. i get about 200 messages a day so if i was curious and wanted to see if i actually did miss something (say if i filtered something for a different reason) then it would take me forever to find it since it would be buried

But, if someone on her friends list posts them, she is still going to get them in her e-mail.

True, I get what your saying. Well gmail has pretty good filters.
