Yes, it is true.
Jesse Jackson once famously said something about cutting somebody's nuts off. Well, perhaps, he has changed his mind and perhaps he has not. Read this.

I say that Jesse Jackson is far too intelligent to not realize these remarks under(CUT) 0bama's campaign. At least it wasn't his nuts.

I would say that JJ is no friend of 0bama.
I would also say that I have to agree with him on that one point.
Israel has every reason to be concerned about 0bama.
