Nowadays people seems to be fully occupied all around the clock as a captive of present circumstances & hassles of day to day work esp in metropolitan cities ,without contemplating on their behavior . so are you in this fraternity ?

No doubt,I am too much busy on my day-to-day job and other activities that help in earning some more, and keep me managing my family needs. As the cost of living has significantly increased,we have been hard pressed and fully occupied with tight schedule of works that hardly permit us to have the required free time for self introspection and for other creative pursuits. It is an age of growing inflation and continuing recession, that has snatched away all our personal comforts and peace. In the midst of all busy environment,I am still exploring ways to fulfill my emotional, personal and spiritual needs too. Thanks.

Actually, I am constantly aware of my behavior. I have instant regret if I step out of line. I am constantly in a state of self evaluation and thought. I walk through every scenario of my actions before I do it. It's called OCD for me. I am accused of being over-cautious, over-analytical, etc. :-)

i'll learn alot from you psspurgeon1 :-) it's good for being conscious but the thing is that for over-consciousness you'll be bounded by too many things again..i mean to do this & to do that, well just an opinion :-) thanks a lot !!
