Are you having difficulty trying to stop yourself from clicking your ads?

I am. No, it's not about the earning purposes. We all know that the ads are based on your content, targeted at your visitors who find your posts interesting, thus providing additional information related to your posts. But if you've written the posts, then it's you who's primarily interested on the topic, right? If the ads are to provide related information, then shouldn't you be the one who's interested on the ads the most? I have caught myself a few times about to click on an ad. It's a good thing I always stop myself before doing so, because I know clicking on my own ads could get my account terminated. So, are you experiencing the same thing? And one last question, are public ads safe to click?
