Since when could anything be ORGANIC?

I don't know much about organic programming but I remember learning about it when I was doing computer science/programming in high school (I graduated in 1996). I think it may have been some kind of open source programming that never caught on. Here is an explanation (rather complicated one) I found online. so in another words the person that was asking on the site was just stupid? since he was asking which browser was one? since even using it in a pure sense i cant fit that with an internet browser haha
