Does anyone know how to make the edges of cut plastic less sharp? I keep scratching myself on it

Well I know if you take a lighter to it you can melt the edge down a bit, it's a simple thing. Try not to breath in the burning plastic fumes though haha, and don't burn yourself. Anyways, that should do the trick, that's what I do at least, hopefully I am not telling you to melt some kind of explosive plastic or anything like that. Happy mylotting and have a great night or day!

Heat will do it about as good as anything I know of. Melt it just enough for the edge to be rounded. Thicker stuff you can use sand paper or a real sharp knife edge. Just scrape the sharp edges off the thicker stuff.

It's worse than a paper cut, isn't it? You can probably file it down with some sandpaper, or by scratching it on cement, it depends on your resources.
