Team effort might come up with better result, When the job to be done is very difficult. By having other people to work with we can save time and effort, For example an exhaustive task for an individual person may be a lighter task for a team of 5 or 10 members. But though there are many advantages in team effort, being individualist also has benefits, just like when you work on your own, you don't need to please anyone, no one will blame you if you failed, you're free to choose the kind of strategy you want and you need not to inform others and ask their opinion about your idea. I know we have differences based on our own reason, that's why I want to ask you--Would you rather work with a team or as individual? Whatever your answer kindly explain your point...

no doubt that i will be a individualist. because during teamwork, our alone hard work will not be realized by others.. for eg., if i am a football player, audience will look on me only if i put a goal for my team. i will be honored and praised by everyone. but peoples forget the one who passed me the ball, which actually helped me to lead a goal shot. i faced this type of situation many times. so i always prefer individual events to show my real talent. I choosed Mixed martial arts & freestyle wrestling as my career & practicing daily!

hi raghul, I guess you always put your best when facing individual task. I agree with you that's the negative part of a team, the strongest and weakest link are just treated the same, hardworkers are not recognized individually since they belong to a team.

Hi Now I'm enjoying a retired life. But still when there is a party, I form a team with friends and this makes things easier. When, I was in job, my job was to work from within a team. We worked as a team and my last boss was good enough to encourage team work and he himself sometimes joined us and worked as a team member. That would enhance our capabilities and overall working environment.
