menstruation is normal to women...
we know it's dirty... but there are just some people who say that we should not take a bath when we have it... i don't know why but it's what they say...
but that doesn't work for me... when i have it, the more i want to take a bath.. coz i feel so dirty and oh so yucky!!! but they say it's not good...
what can you say about this???

of course!!!! i will definitely feel uneasy if i can't have a bath for the day. and if i have my monthly period i feel very uncomfortable with the idea of having my pads on for several days. plus i really hate it when i get stained. it doesn't happen all the time but when it happens i really feel bad and dirty.

I have always taken a bath when menstruating, I rather take a bath than a shower that particular time of the month. Usually while you are in the water the flowing stops anyway. I think not taking a bath is an old wives tale, I do not know what the meaning of it is supposed to be. Plus the warm or hot bath water helps to ease the cramps associated with the menstruation.

that is really true...
i'm not even sure if there are any side effects when you get a shower when you are menstruating...

I prefer not to. I'd rather take a shower! Plus if you have one of those shower head that you can detach from the wall the shower head gets everything flushed out and cleaned rather than sitting in water tainted w/ your cycle in it EWWW!
All I can say is to each their own.
