Pokemon- some questions

I used to watch this show long time ago. Stopped watching it after second season when new Pokenon's appeared. I remember ash was 10 years old in the beginning. So, I'm wondering if Ash got older at all (or is he like Simpsons?). I've seen a picture from new episodes and he looks even younger lol. And he doesn't wear that cool hat anymore...
I have a few questions:
1. How old is Ash now?
2. Did he won anything big like Olympic Games, world championship or something like that?
3. Are Team Rocket still in the show?

lol. Well I'm not sure how old Ash is now as they've never really given indication on how much time passes each season. To me Ash seems ageless haha. But if they did age him I would think he'd be probably near 18 by now or older Oo. That's just a random guess so don't quote me haha since I was also around ten when they started showing Pokemon here in the states xD. About your second question I think he won the Orange Island League cup or something and. . .he also won this thing a special item that allows Pokemon to be friendlier in this competition he entered with the current season's rival Paul. And yes Team Rocket is still in the show, along with the current season's Team Galactic. :P They still serve their purpose as the comedic villain trio. xD
