What diet worked for you?

I get very skeptical about diet plans and weight loss programs. Have you actually lost weight from weight loss programs or diet plans? I have high blood pressure and I get really tired trying to exercise, I feel sick and over heated sometimes. I really need to loss weight, but everything I've tired either makes me tired or uneasy. Please help!

The best thing that really helps me is to think about everything before you eat it. Are you really hungry, is it something low cal, how much clorie intake have you had for the day? Just every time before yo eat it, think about it. It helps me stop eating alot of things that I should not have.
