Until I seen it on the news just a couple of days ago, I wasn't sure what people were talking about when they spoke of voting early. I'm not sure this is possible in all states. I myself filed an absentee ballot, as I am out of town for a while. I mailed it in on October 20th. So yes, I did indeed vote early. It is my understanding that these absentee ballots remain sealed until the day of the election. But I have heard on the news headlines saying see how the early votes are adding up. Like maybe they are already tallying the votes for the early voters. This is an interesting concept. But what are these people going to do if something happens that changes their decision before election day? I guess it will be too late to change their mind, just like me. Although, I don't see anything happening to change my mind anyway, so they are probably just like me when it comes to that aspect. Hope everyone gets a chance to express their opinion by voting! Have a great day!

I haven't voted early either, I voted republican in the primary, but I'm switching do to the lies that are being spread. Here's Obama's tax plan if you are interested. http://www.barackobama.com/taxes I checked mine and his is a lot better than McCain's

I didn't know they would already start counting the early votes. I guess they have not officially added the votes but know the way there going. It would take something astronomical to sway peoples minds to a big degree now.

I will not vote early, but I will vote. I prefer to wait to see what transpires over the next few days.

I heard something about Obama coming on tv for 30 minutes by himself just talking 1 day before the last day of elections. Hes got so much funding hes buying up air time to prove his point.

We just had an election here in Canada. I voted on the day of the election. My husband voted early for the american election as he will be up here in Canada on the day of the actual election.

So you voted in Canada and he voted in the States, or did he vote in the States and Canada?

Yes, I went yesterday. I said that I was going to go on Nov. 4th to make sure that my vote counted. I said that because I was a little skeptical about going early. Then I started thing about the lines and how long there are going to be. I did not want to stand in line for a long period of time so I decided to get it over with.
