Is my printer retarded?

My all in one fax/copier/printer from HP Officejet used to work fine, I haven't used it in a few months though. Now, however, it prints nothing when it prints, it might print a few symbols or whatever from the pages i print but doesnt print everything. I checked my color levels and everything, color is fine, black is fine. I even changed the cartridges. I also cleaned the printheads, I don't know what else to do? Anyone else have this problem?
