A problem arose in Sydney, Australia, recently when a family of five found a "foreign substance" in their gelato.

The DNA tests might clear them, but they still served it. I think I'm going to stick to Rita's Frozen Custard from now on.
How would you handle something like this? Civilly? Or would you come understandably unglued??

Oh...My....God! I would have tossed whatever unfortunate meal I ate! Then I would proceed with a lawsuit!

Yes, it is always possible the problem entered in the supply chain other than the pub.
