How do you identify me, balasri? I would be interested in knowing. I'll look forward to your answer.

Depends on who I'm with. Sweet and kind people, I like when they think I'm that. Tough and mean people (who I try to avoid), I want them to think I'm tougher and meaner than they are.

I think our identity changes with us as we mature and discover what is important to us. So the identity I had some years ago is no longer valid, and I expect that the identity I aspire to now will not suit me twenty years from now as I will have changed again.

Hi Bala...So far I have been busy trying to fit into the identity expected from me by society, playing different roles, and I have done and given my best in each demanding role .
But now surprisingly ,I still have a lot of steam left in me,and am determined to spent the rest of my days living for myself and doing something good for society...

No, not yet, if you ask for the identity we make for ourselves.
I am supposedly a nice girl who would hardly tell lies or resort to unfair means to anyone: but then, that's what my parents have taught me. its but their values that have been imparted since childhood
Again, i am sweet and strong, could be very strong if i am stung by life: that's again a contribution of my family. I do not think i have done nything on my own. my identity is largely theirs.
having said this, i would want my identity to be very much on the same path as my parents. they are greatest people on earth.

It is great to know that you have chosen to stick to the identity nurtured by your parents. They must be great people. Not everyone has the chance to have such good parents who instill good values into their sweet young ones who try to make it their identity.

I know that there are quite a few people who use their profession or family name to identify themselves. They might even name a few well known friend's to make them feel like somebody special. They might even brag about the club or cliques that they belong to, in order to impress others. The only way that I ever want to be seen is as a child of the most high God. I do my best to live up to the name my father has given me.

I'm just an optimistic person trying my best to make the
right choices in life. My goal in life is to be a productive
and good human being ,and for God to make me successful ,so
I can help others in whatever way I can. When we are blessed is
essential to spread all the blessings.

Have I succeeded in finding my identity yet? Not fully. Sometimes I feel I know who I am, but certain situations make me wonder what I am.
I am yet in the process of discovering myself. But I know for sure that I love life, myself (barring a few occassions, lol) and have tremendous respect and love for every other living being.
I want others to know me exactly as I am and one thing extra (which I am not really)......that is.....people should identify me as an intelligent person too.
well! who knows.....someday I might wake up with loads of it.

what good deed did I do today? Showers of such lovely words. Do I deserve it. I must,
otherwise you wouldn't have said so. I know you mean what you say. This I know about you (source: posts and responses -by fjaril).
Thankyou
You echoed the same sentiments I have for you. And this is not a fuzzy statement. I sincerely mean it too.
balasri, now don't give that look. This space was destined to be dedicated to me.@Daffodil20 (1754)

I don't think I have gotten there quite yet, balasri. But I am getting there.
I like people to think of me as that person who managed to advocate for those who don't have a voice.
