Do you curse a lot? Ever tried refraining?

I use to cuss a lot during high school, usually among close classmates and frineds who also cuss and say fould words out of 'expression' as I use to reason out but, by the time I stepped into college, I try refraining from sudden outbursts of foul words. I mean, we were all new to each other as freshmen and of course, we'd be all trying to be on our best behavior or, until we get to hang out with those that we could get comfortable with yet, even with a company that you can easily relate to, cussing and foul word expressions didn't happen that much. Here at home, we have two young nephews and it would be a bad example to say such things for them to hear and imitate.. even if they are still in the process of learning how to speak as well, it would be disappointing if their first words would be cusses and foul words (^_^")
