Neowide and Google Adsense...HELP!

Well I haven't been on this site in the last week and I have noticed quite a bit has changed at Neowide. Now instead of them paying a flat fee they are now using Google Adsense. I have followed the links and read some of the info, but it is somewhat confusing to me still. Especially the part about not clicking on my own adsense ads...what does that mean exactly? I also noticed that instead of being paid once for an article or blog you can earn conitnually on it from month to month. Am i right on this? And I also noticed them saying something about other services....so I am pretty ignorant of Google Adsense and need an Adsense for dummies explanation. Come on you mylotters who use this service and please explain it to me so I won't violate any of their rules. And any other tips using this will be greatly appreciated too. Thanks.
