Joining Ciao - problem

I've been trying to join ciao for 3 weeks now and they never sent me an email with a password. I registered and it said they would send the password to me. I tried joining two times. So why didn't I get an email from them yet? Does anyone know why?

Gee I don't know what the problem could be, I joined and had no problem at all.
