triangular or normal pushups

i was just wondering which has better effect to your overall arm strength...triangular or normal pushups??? please tell me why i should do one more over the other type???

Normal Pushups brother. Well, normal pushups have been existing since years but triangular push ups does not really have a complete effect on your arm strength because it does not support the whole body mass when pushing up..whereas with normal pushups and hands well extended aparts, the whole body mass acts on the arms and thus creates a better effect which leads to better results. Go hard with the weighlifting brother!

They each isolate a different set of muscles. If all you ever do is one or the other, then you are toning one set of upper body muscles, but leaving another set to atrophy.
