*Going away from anger site helps in controlling anger
*Keeping Mum helps in controlling anger
*Hitting pillow or something similar helps in controlling anger
*Going on walk greatly helps in controlling anger
*Forgiving helps in controlling anger
*Changing topic of discussion Control Anger Few TIps
*Watching favroutie TV programme or movie helps in controlling anger
*Screamming loud but alone helps in controlling anger
Do you have any tips please share?
So I often say Control Your Anger Before It Controls you and save your health .

Yes you are right about that I go get my hair done even if I don't need to I try going for long walks or shopping.you are right about everything you said.

Yes it required huge amount of patience and craft skill to really design and make blanket ......

Plus I make blankets and that is alott of help for my anger or upset.so pass that on about knitting scarfs,it is good for tensetion.

I love going for a walk when I am upset, It seems to burn off the anger pretty quick.

This it really does that but the main thing is we need to do that much before we are under the control of anger lol from your response I think that you can do it beforehand ....

Hi Ganesh44,
Its so eay to for those tips but doing it the moment you are angry and shaking is hard, because you can't think of anything else, but I just go to the kitchen and start banging on the pots and pans and that helps for me.

Yes I agree with to some extent but definitely it takes time to implement a new idea or adopt
a new solution
OMG bangging on pots yes ......lol yes I Can understand different people have different ways to pacify their anger .
When you start bangging pots is the time when anger has overtook you and is controlling you so my soulution wont work ...... lol
SO you need to prejudge that situation is going towards anger track and act accordingly before hand .

i do that by just moving out of that scene. might be involve myself in playing games on PC or hearing to music or watching TV. this will help get ourself out of that mood.
i just find some of your alternatives as funny ones. esp, hitting the pillow and screaming alone. these are not good alternatives according to me. as you tend to show off your emotions. by this tendency you can hurt others.
