I wonder if you also experience this.. It's funny and I feel like crazy sometimes. Whenever I mylot and I am soooo in the mood that I find myself smiling on discussions and speaking as if I am talking to who ever I am responding to.
I notice that while I'm thinking of a response and formulating it on my mind I am actually speaking it before I type it and sometimes while typing it. I don't know why I do it. Maybe it's a new habit of mine. I am actually smiling right now while I am typing this and I guess if someone sees me like this, they would think I'm crazy hehe
.
How about you guys? Do you experience this too and do you find it odd? Is it a bad habit or its just something that comes out naturally when you feel what you're doing? I think its part of the emotions of the topics. What about you?

If it's craziness then I admit I am crazy. I always do that. Most of the time I'd laugh especially if I receive response that are really funny and sometimes if I see some topics that sounds so stupid , I'd burst out the words "What's this, What the hell are you talking about?" Mylot is really an enjoyable place. Each day is full of surprises and fun so we can't help it when we look crazy at times. Ha!ha!ha!

Yes, I do that. It is most common practice among mylotters I think. As to me, I do that most of the time, I mean smile, laugh and feel as if I am talking to the mylotter who has posted the discussion.

It depends upon the topic. If it's a serious one, then I don't smile, but respond seriously, too. But, I can murmur if I find a discussion absurd. I don't respond to those kinds of discussion.
There are topics that are light, funny and happy. They tend to make me smile, laugh and talk.
That really happens.

Hi there iskayz. I do sometimes find myself talking and even more often smiling while responding to other people's discussion, or while commenting on my own. I think it's only natural to do so, and that the member who wrote the funny thing (or something like that) was expecting this kind of reaction from us responders.

Like I always mention in my post, I really do feel funny at times when I read people's post. It's actually a cyber discussion.
I really like it here because people exchange ideas. Which helps a lot in life.
One thing for sure, I'm enjoying MyLot and it will be the first website I always open whenever I have an internet connection.

Hi!
I'd have to agree with you that mylot really has the ability to make people happy. Mylotting has become my daily routine and I tell you, my day isn't complete if I don't get to log in here. Even in my busiest day, still I would log in even for just a peek.
Thanks for sharing!

I actually find myself smiling, talking, and even laughing while reading and when responding to certain discussions. There are posts that really make me react openly. I would smile or laugh at some remarks made. Or, I would laugh and smile when I get to read some funny posts or responses. I also express my reactions by talking as if I were talking to the author of certain discussions.

I will sometimes smile to myself but I can only think of one time when I actually talked out loud. I might read it to my fiance, or say a sentence or so but not usually.

For sure smiling and a bit of chuckling. I am sure I feel and my body language expresses many emaotions while on the lot. Most of the time...sometimes nothing. Ever watch youngsters play video games? Interesting post observation! :)

Well I don't really mean it as really crazy
. I guess the term is just my expression. And yes I agree with you that what I am experiencing is normal. I have emotions and maybe they happen to come out sometimes. Even when I am just chatting here in mylot.
Keep posting!

This is a forum so you can expect almost anything from funny, amusing to informative. The best part in participating with MyLot is it is very human. People reaching out to other's opinions and advice at the same time finding time to smile and be happy. I just laughed and responded to one discussion and as the post said...life is too short not to have a sense of humor.

Yeah, I notice that sometimes and I have a reason for that.
When somebody talks about something and I remember something similar to that, that's when I say to myself, "Well, that sounds somewhat similar to what I experienced.." then smile... It's not because I'm amused by it, it's just I'm happy that somebody also undergo these situations too...
It's not odd to me...
