Every time i saw the Fast bollar in 20-20 match. the cant hit the stamp's in any boll of the penalty shoot out. coz of their short run up. but they can easily do it.In my Play life i discover this trick. if u r takeing short run up from ur as usual run up than dont use two finger in the behind of boll. just use single finger. thats way u can easily control ur boll to hit the target and u can easily hit the direct block hole. i test it many time. when i played in my days and feel not comfortable to bowling. than i took short run up. and cant even bowl one. coz it got white of No Bowl. but when i use one finger it was 25% slow but hit the right place i want. U can use it if u r a fast bowler.
