Really? I've been a member since 1998 & I haven't had any problems with their website. I've always been able to login. Have you forgotten your password? Did you contact myPoints staff? I am sure they could help you out. Perhaps you could manage changing your password. Do you have Flash installed? I believe their website uses that, so if you don't have it I think it could be messing up like you are saying. Do you know what error message comes up? Or what does it do when you try to log in? Perhaps we could try to help you further with more information. Pablo

that is weird i have an account and have no problem signing in and my boyfriend is on the site also and no problem signing in........make sure caps lock not on or anything maybe try calling them if they have a number

Well I have been a member for a while and I have received two gift cards from them. I don't really know what to tell you because i've been able to log in. Keep trying to contact them because it's probably a mistake or something. Good luck.

No cannot help you the only thing with some of these sites they don't answer therefore your hard earned points are meaningless for your sake I hope this is not the case..littleowl

thats weird.. i have been with them for years and never had any problems.. if youve contacted admin im not sure what else you can do..

I've been a member of MyPoints for years now and have never had login issues. They did redesign their site around 5-6 months ago. This might have something to do with your problem. I hope you get back on because it is a great site. I redeem my points for airline miles.

I am joined there also and they have done the same thing to me. I got paid from them a couple of times but now it says my account is locked. I have tried to contact them also but no response.
