I am not a very sound sleeper. Sometimes the smallest noise can wake me up. I have to be really tired to sleep through things. I guess that will come in handy later on in life when my kids are teenagers and trying to sneak out of the house. Are you a sound sleeper or does the smallest noise jolt you out of a deep sleep?

No i am not. I am a light sleeper. Makes getting a good night sleep sometimes very difficult. Hopefully my kids will sleep better than I do.

I am a sound sleeper. I didn't used to be as I had a dog and he woke me up whenever anyone even came close to the house including rabbits etc. When the kids were still home I was a light sleeper. I think on alert for their needs...but now that I am alone I go to bed and crash!

I am by no means a sound sleeper. I think I need a new mattress because I seem not to be able to get comfortable. Then there is the battle of the covers with my husband, and the cat walking back and forth like he is on Main street. I usually go to bed late, take forever to get to sleep, then I am up by six in the morning. Every now and then I will take a nap during the day.

I am a sound sleeper. I usually would not be bothered even if fireworks have been ignited or even with party music. When I sleep, I know I am somewhere in my world deeply involved with my activities there -- sleeping.
