Do you like sunbathe and how long it lasts?

I do and I know many people like sunbathe. The sun can not only bring charming color to body but also is good for health.But if you frequently bath under the sun or it lasts too long,your skin would be hurt,such as wrinkle,stain even breakdown of capillaries. So any one would tell me what is the safe time to have a sunbathe?

dont forget, too much sunbathing can give you skin cancer!
i am very fair, and i simply do NOT tan, whatsoever lol! i start that light tingling on my skin thats a sign of burning at about 15 minutes worth of being in the sun. i burn very easily and very fast..so that means no sunbathing and always wearing a long sleeved shirt when im outside.
you know how some ppl get a sunburn and after their skin peels they are tan underneath? not me! i can burn, peel like the dickens and then just as pale as before lol!
