I cannot believe this. The man is now responsible for 2 deaths. A Delaware man who pleaded guilty to a drunken driving crash that killed a Maryland teen had been in court before for an alcohol-related fatal accident. He is on probation for a 2004 incident that killed his passenger. Who else thinks it is time for tougher drunk driving laws? http://www.wbaltv.com/cnn-news/17979198/detail.html

I wouldn't know about tougher drunk driving laws. I have no idea how tough they actually are or how the whole legal show works out. Certainly, in a case like this one, I don't think this man should be given his license back. If it were my child killed by this man, however, I likely couldn't see straight for a long time to come.

We had one here last year where it was the guys eight DUI. In the new case he killed two people. So I really hope he gets it for good this time.

Well if not tougher laws atleast enforce the ones we do have. I think he shouldn't get a third chance to see if it is a charm.
