Everyone keeps telling me to relax...

Why is it that everyone seems to think I have to be doing nothing in order to be relaxed? I like to stay busy and be productive. It makes me happy and I feel accomplished. I had just sitting still and watching TV. I need to always multitask, and the people in my life seem to think that is a problem. What do you think? Is keeping busy a bad thing?

If your routine and say to day living makes you happy then that is what is best for you- I keep busy most of the time too. But I do like an occasional day of rest and reading- but that's just me.
A persons happiness is decided by them not those around you and if they don't like it they don't have to watch.
My mother-in-law, I don't think she has sat down since the day she learned to walk and that makes her happy and that's great. She is the queen of multitasking and I can't begin to keep up with her.
So keep going and don't wear yourself out- but do make yourself happy.
Good luck and happy mylotting to you.

No it is good to be busy but you really should relax for a while a day even if you shut your eyes and listen to a music track .To be honest what they are trying to tell you is you are becoming a pain with always being busy, normally busy people expect to much from those around you, maybe they would like to see you instead of a cloud of dust as you fire around, they do love you and want the best.My sister was a busy person her partner left her and her boys moved nearly three hundred miles away and they could not bear waiting in line anymore, she had meeting after meeting in the evening, school governor and church duties so that was her weekend taken up. like I say she has pushed everyone away that loves her including her family. No one bothers anymore they have given up.I just don't want you to end up like her.
