Anybody here still using Windows 98 OS?

I would, because all the programs and everything is being geared to where you have to have almost the latest system to run them properly! I kept my 95, my 98, and my other XP, and still go back and use them once in a while, but I don't do much of the recent stuff I do with my XP pro ! In one more year, I'm moving up to the Vista, I'm just biding my time !

I have not used Win95 for years now. I am currenly using Vista on my laptop and XP on 3 other machines

I have switched to windows XP since 2003. I used windows 98 until 2 years after graduation. In fact, at that time, windows is a great O.S., for gaming. At that time, due to hardware limitation, XP is burdening the cpu cycle time and is not efficient. Until 2003 onwards, it's the best O.S. then. The part I like about it is the built in device driver which would be big trouble in windows 98.

No not here. Our main computers have Vista on one. The other has XP on it. I believe my hubby has Vista on his laptop.
