WWWOOHOOOOOO!! I've got BIG PLANS for Friday Nov 28th!

I sure did have a "senior" moment. I don't know why I thought you had said the marathon was on today, Thursday, Thanksgiving!!!! I checked the TV and was really upset it wasn't on then I looked at the guide and see it is tomorrow and I look at this discussion again and sure enough you said FRIDAY. hahaha My son even thought it was today too so I don't feel so bad now. Ok, gotta get in the kitchen and check on things and my daughter and grandson should be here soon. Happy Thanksgiving.

Not sure how long he'll be on today, I'm so full just got home from a BIG DINNER! I'm sure I'll have to lay down and take a nap soon...LOL!! you guys have a great dinner now!!! HI Tyc; Yeah be sure to make a note of it and tell your daughter, she'll love you for it (G)! Tell her you know this crazy person ( me ) from MYLOT that is a HUGE FAN!! also show her the other picture I downloaded too its from them from my ( myspace) of course my whole myspace page is about them (G)!! And {{Mike Rowe}} from Dirty Jobs he's a character I love too! I thought the commerical was funny having a Crab supposedly carve the turkey ROTFL!!! It's a long long LONG WAYS off until they "air" the new season yet...King Crab Season is what they are wrapping up right now , In Jan the other one starts! Then I think in APRIL we finally get to see it all...ARRGghhh! Long ways off!

Good luck Kats!! I plan on getting what I need at Walmart by tomorrow too, and I keep telling my Father, figure out what you need from there as I AM NOT going there Friday....told him that last year too and wound up having to go anyway!!! I was NOT happy at all!! HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

Unfortunatly we have no money until Friday, that is payday each week, so I have no choice but to wait until then, and go on that day. I can't remember what I did last year, I must have just budgeted us to wait until Sunday. I had no car last year so usually Sunday was shopping day as it was the only day I had a vehicle.

HI Grandpa Bob: Yeah I love the discovery channel, so many great shows on there and I am a HUGE FAN of Deadliest Catch and Dirty jobs with Mike Rowe (G)! I've seen those shows too that you are talking about, its really amazing isn't it? did you watch any of storm chasers or whatever it was called it came on Sunday nights and those crazy weather experts and Science guys chase tornadoes, I recorded the whole thing on this past sunday as they had the whole newest season on there, don't know when I'll get to watch it all but I have it recorded...LOL! they are just CRAZY chasing those darn thunderstorms and tornadoes but I guess someone has to do it, NOT ME!! no thanks! I never had the discovery channel while I was living out in the country so that's the only good thing for me being in town going on 2 years this FEB..cable tv and having DSL now for my computer..LOL! I can't wait for the new season of Deadliest Catch to come on; I loved their Thanksgiving commercial they all did, ROTFL! I have it on my profile page to play if you want to see it , but I'm sure you have seen it since you watch shows on the discovery channel; thanks for stopping by! did you get any of this big snow storm headed up north or is too far north east from you in MI?? Yea, I'm not that thrilled with shopping anyway, but, I love my former housekeeper and her family and when she asked if I wanted to go shopping that day I said yes because I just love talking with her. She's good people. It sounds like you had a very relaxing day. Purrs, Catwoman=^..^= & Mija

I loved watching as much of my favorite show as possible on Black Friday, I have three tapes full of the shows right now, I wish I had money to buy the DVD's but this will do me until the new season airs , which won't be for quite awhile yet..(sigh)!! Glad you got some good bargains on Black friday, I would never go out on that day to shop, not even if I could afford it, after working in retail for many many years, "no thanks"...LOL! I want no part of those big crowds, and where I live "crazy people" shopping...bleh!! I spent a lot of time on my computer too that day so for me it was a better day than those I've had in the past trust me... say Hi to miss puss for me, Miss Mija!!
