I'm stuck again, please help

I'm trying to add a blog to my lot and I can't figure out the two URLs it asks for. There is the feed URL and then the Viewing URL, what the hell is the difference and why can't I get them right? Please help me figure this out and maybe give me an example so I can see the difference.
