Liposuction....what;s your take?

I am watching television right now while I am typing this discussion. It's a show with doctors that do makeovers. I am not able to catch what the show is. I just know that their show today is about makeovers (surgical makeovers). And after their major makeovers, they have a discussion about liposuction. They are asking how young/old should someone be before undergoing this procedure. My take, if it could be avoided, don't do it! How about you?
