Windows Vs Mac osX

Well which of the two will you prefer.? I have used windows vista, XP and MAC Leopard. Out of the three, i found that Mac would give me an unbeatable performance, as it consumed memory less and allowed my image rendering to happen faster. What are your views about it?

Well, you do need to consider the compatibility of most applications out there. And what with the vast majority using XP and/or Vista [as it is being toted around new computers these days], you have to put that into consideration as well when selecting a system. I use Vista right now and I'm fairly happy with it since my system is capable of handling it's huge requirements and that it has better power management [I'm using a laptop] compared to that of XP. I haven't tried out a Mac yet, but I'm sure it is stable, but I'm just a bit queasy since Macs are uber-expensive and not worth the cost for the things I use my computer for anyway.
