Bomber Moran is a Filipino actor who plays a villain in most films during the early 80's i think. I was downloading Bomberman and noticed that the name is quite similar to the actor

i dont know... and bomberman created in japan and not in the us.... so i think theres no relation with moran in bomberman series... but i only know that.... bon tobias is the maker of one character in mortal combat and it is none other than nob saibot...

Ah huh! I've heard too that Nood Saibot is a reversed Boon Tobias. I'm yet to research about his nationality. Thanks
