Hey there myLot crew,
I ran into this, tried it exactly as written, and found out it is just AWESOME in effects
Remember that movie The Secret? Remember that guy that was imagining himself driving an imaginary car?
Well it just so happens I tried this exercise with a toy blue car on my desk, and by the time I got to the 4'th step, I was like WHOA!!! this is unlike ANY visualization I've ever tried before
Anyway, here's the link, I'd say it's very important to try with a real actual object, not the mind alone, then it will be Awesome for you too, enjoy

This is very useful for stress management. This keeps the heart and mind healthy, while developing eidetic memory. Thanks for sharing this, though. I have been practicing visualization as part of my aims to raise my awareness of my surroundings. This in turn is part of what I call transcendental exercises.
