WHY?? Why does this always happen?? When ever i go into a store a sales clerk alway comes up to me and ask if i need any assistence and i say no thanks i'm just looking, then she follows me around like a little lost puppy. BUT, whenever i do need help there's no one there to assist me. is it just me or have you experienced this before?

You'r singing my song! I hate that! Office Max is the worst - and then Mervyns, but they are closing now so no biggie. But still - They ask and ask as you walk in the door - well, I haven't gotten to the isles yet to see if they have what I want, but once there, and I need help, not a sole around!

I think it is a universal experience. So you are not alone. I guess they want to appear efficient. Then if you really need them they are at a loss as to what to do.
