mark of the beast - 666

I think the 666 apparatus will be related, but it will be forced when it comes and not voluntary as the bible says "no one will be able to buy or sell w/o it" then it escalates into a genocide for those w/o it (which I believe will be "tribulation for ten days" [rev 2:10] but "immediately after the tribulation of those days.. they will see the Son of man coming on the clouds.. and he will send his angels out to gather his elect from the four corners/directions.." [mt 24:28-31]. Daniel 12:11,12 says three and half (Hebrew) years after Israel's daily sacrifice"/prayers/place of, "is tore down/carried away", is when the 666 machinery will be "set up".. then 45 days later, a happy event occurs (which cuts it all short lest none would survive-mt 24). The tearing down of Israel's "daily sacrifice" or place of (see mt 24:1,2) occurs after man/the world body (/beast) has been able to attain a (loose) world peace.. about three and a half years into it is when the world "covenant" accord, league is broken (first) with Israel.. Then comes into play the 'schedule' as set forth in Daniel 12:11,12. {Not a calendar, but a counting backwards..

I personally dont think that the said chip represents the 666 mark of the beast. For some reason I think that the said mark was supposed to be placed on the forehead. I am not sure about this though. As far as whether or not God would agree with the practice of tagging animals and children with these computer chip thingies.

I hadn't really thought of the mark of the beast being the computer chips that are being used now. I suppose that they could eventually come to be that. The Bible says that at the end of time people would not be able to buy or sell without the mark. Therefore it will be some kind of identification that people will have to have in order to do business. There is something similar that is being used today by some people. I'm talking about the shopping clubs like Sam's Warehouse. But participation in these is strictly voluntary and the Bible is talking about a system that we would be compelled to use. I will do some more research into your idea about the computer chips. That is an interesting concept.
