A Usual Pain

I usually resulted to headaches once I eat my meals late or catch drops of rain over my head and if stayed late at nigt. It's a very common sickness for me but can just be easily relieved by just taking paracetamol like biogesic. How about you, friends what made your head aches?

Hello bing. I often have some headaches if I don't rest well, like not having enough sleep, staying up late, sitting too long before the computer and so on. They are the main causes to my headaches. No other medicine could help remove the headache I get, but a kind of cheap capsules for cold, which works a lot for my headache. I have to take one capsule once I feel that my headache is coming. Otherwise it will get worse and I will have to take two capsules to get rid of it. After taking the capsule, it would be better for me to sleep for a few hours before it is completely gone. Maybe we're just used to it but glad to know you also have this cheap capsule for cold to get rid of it. Lately, however friend, going to bed earlier or taking a nap in the afternoon, I realized I seldom get headaches. Thanks for the response. Happy mylotting.

Paracetamol doesn't always works when I am having a headache, I need a stronger one than that. I think you have a migraine problem I can only say that as what you have said when you eat meals late you get a headache and that's one of the symptoms of migraine. About catching drops of rain, that means you have a low immunity of nature, you need to drink a glass of water with a pinch of salt, take a pinch of salt as if you were taking a tablet each time you catch a drop of rain. If it don't work you better take a bath after you catch a drop of rain because it will wash the rainwater from your head.

thanks for the response oh yes am doing that I do take a bath to wash the rain water, perhaps I need to wear eyeglasses too, mine was only a reading glass before sometimes it's pschological I think as my headaches happened most of the time that am at home. Should I attend to some occasions or am with my friends I never had an headache.
