Anyone familiar with MT v4?

I used to blog a few years ago - and by blogging I mean the real thing of a daily commentary on life and suchlike, not throwing a page online for money and add links. Back then, I used Movabletype v3.x, since I have webspace and server access for my own install of the software. I recently decided to restart my blog, so I grabbed MT v4.x - and got a heck of a shock. Major changes. Half my site will probably need redoing. Has anyone worked with it recently who might have some tips on things to watch out for? If not, I guess I'll go back to a full redesign, lol!
