I love aromatherapy candles and shower gells, I love lavender for producing a calming affect.
do you use aromatherapy products, which do you use and for what reason?

Love lavender too, I usually use the incense stick for my living room and use the scented sachet for my closet and aromatherapy oil with oil burner in my bed room. Some times I change the scent that i use from lavender to jasmine, rose,or sandalwood. The scents makes my mood better, calming and uplifting my spirit. Lavender can makes you calm and relax, soothe headaches and migraines. Jasmine, rose and sandalwood can be use as an aphrodisiac. You can make your own scented sachet by picking the lavender flower then dry it and wrap it in a little bag and add some lavender oil. Then you can place little bag anywhere you like it in the closet, in the bedroom or in your living room.

i also love lavender aroma.Traditionally, herbalists used lavender for a variety of conditions of the nervous system, including depression and fatigue.1 It has also been used for headache and rheumatism. Due to its delightful odor, lavender has found wide application in perfumes and cosmetics throughout history.

When I can afford it, I love the Frebreeze candles and plug ins. Those work so much better than other candles. I also love lavender, it helps me sleep better. I used to use the lavender baby bath for my youngest and by the time bath time was over, she was ready for bed. I also love the fall scents, apples, cinnamon, berries, etc. Spring time, I love the smell of berries, fruits, etc.
I use aromatherapy candles to bring my house alive, the smells just makes a room cozy. I love the shower gels, lotions and sprays. When I can afford to, I like to get the good lotions and sprays, but even the cheaper ones does the trick.

I like aromatherapy masks. The ones that have little aromatherapy "beads" in a mask that I can put over my eyes. It helps me when I have a sinus headache. I don't think there is anything else that is more effective on my sinus headache. It relaxes me and eases the pain in the front of my head.

Hmmm. I've always had a great sense of smell...and it's only gotten better with my fibromyalgia and the chemical sensitivities I have. But I love scents throughout the house.
I've always loved the smell of citrus, and that was increased when I lived in Florida. You can't imagine how heavenly it is to live in front of a huge commercial orange grove. Mmmmm.
Citrus makes me feel fresh and alive - which it something I need with the fibro and chronic fatigue.
I use scented candles and potpourri throughout the house. I even have some of those plug in scent warmer things. Each room is different, though.
In the kitchen I like the citrus or cinnamon or some kind of coffee smelly stuff. (I do make coffee throughout the day too...to have that smell there.)
In the living room, maybe the same kinds of smells. But there are some scent warmers that have what they call a tropical scent. I'm not sure exactly what it is...
In the bathroom - lavender or rose or something more flowery. Or ginger or green tea-ish smells are good there too.
Perhaps because I cannot clean as well as I used to before all the chronic pains, I think nice aromas are more important than ever.
