Do boobs float or sink? That was the question.

The showed a pool and had women go to the deep end to try and float. There was two of them one with her surgery altered, made larger breast. One with her born large breast. What do you think? Which one if either one would float? Which one if either did not and the lady would sink? The doctors told their response as to which and why. I'd like to know what you think.
