Do you have weight problems?

I do have problems with my weight. Sometimes I gain weight so fats but lose it every slowly. Different methods work for each individual. What eventually worked for me was when I ate frequent but small meals and in the evenings, I don't eat anything after 6 pm. This had me losing 12 pounds in more or less one month. Do you have weight problems too? What worked for you in reducing your weight? Your contribution would be most appreciated. Happy mylotting.

I am afraid to say I do not have such problem. At times I gather few extra pounds but I just go on a restricted diet for couple of weeks to restore it to my normal level. As such I feel really uncomfortable whenever I tend to go fat! Silly!

I have ocassion to gain a bit.....and it's harder to come off.....as I am older. But recently I have lost weight without even thinking about it.....I have been so busy with making things for Christmas I don't think about eating! So if I stay busy I am good...but it's when I am bored and snack alot that I gain that unwanted weight!

My 'weight problems' stem from having my last child... he is now 10 months old and I am having a terrible time getting the pounds to come off! I think the only thing that will work for me is EXERCISE. I practice very healthy eating habits, but that is not enough... I've tried multiple "diets" throughout my lifetime, but Exercise is the ONLY thing that has every worked for me.
