I turned the light on!

Yup, I sure did, as I was LEAVING the bathroom this morning, I turned the light ON.
When I finally got out of bed this morning, and went to the bathroom, it was light out and I didn't really need the light, and I didn't feel like reaching over to get it. So I did my business without it and on my way out the door turned the lightswitch up into the ON position. I just looked around the room a bit dazed for a second trying to figure out what it was lighter and not darker. Of course when you leave a room you normally turn the light OFF and it gets darker.
I just love being a creature of habit - especially when I'm still half asleep!

lol, this is funny when you think about it. I've done simular things. A little different though. When I go to the bathroom I don't turn on lights. I have no need to most of the time because I have a dim night light that is on at night. The other bathroom my night light keeps disappearing when I have one in there. It's the ghost that gets it or a mystery as to where it goes because when I ask the children who took it of course they all say, "it wasn't me". lol

You think that is bad? When I go to the bathroom and know that it is going to be number one, I do not turn the fan on until I have done it, washed my hands, and the smell is permeating the bathroom, and then I decide to turn on the fan. You would think I wold learn?

Probably! I do know that even once when I was WIDE awake I put the milk in the cupboard with the cereal. Found it the next morning...

*L* I do things like that all the time. It is such a habit to turn the closet light on when I go in there, that when I don't, I still reach up and pull the cord when I am on the way out. Same in the laundry closet. It is just a habit for me, as I am leaving a room, to reach up and hit the light switch. Doesn't matter that I haven't turned the light on to begin with, I still flip the switch. Then, about halfway down the hallway, I realize that I have turned the light ON instead of off, and have to go back and flip it again. Creatures of habit, indeed.*L*
