There were six of us for christmas dinner this year, only. I had my husband here from winnipeg and I had my daughter and her boyfriend and two of her boyfriend's friends over for dinner. We had the whole bit. We had turkey with cranberries and gravy and mashed potatoes and cabbage rolls and vegetables and salads and we all had a really good time. We, my daughter and I, cooked everything and she even baked some cookies and bread and cakes. We ate till we couldn't eat anymore. We also had left overs for the next couples days and I made a turkey soup with the bones and some meat, the next day, boxing day. We played a few games of craps, dice game, all evening and it was very nice. We all had a good time. Alrighty then, talk to you later my friend, Have a good mylotting day, Chris

We don't make a big meal for christmas. Everyone makes a different kind of soup and brings it over. Then of course million different kinds of desserts. meat and cheese trays, ect, ect. I make chilli, then there was potatoe soup, ham and bean soup, veggie soup. All homemade. They are very yummy and it fills everyone up! Thanksgiving is when we make the turkey and ham and all that other stuff. We like our tradition of soups.

we had our Christmas dinner yesterday on Christmas Eve. I cooked turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, cranberry sauce, jellied ambrosia salad, dinner rolls, Christmas bread wreath, brussels sprouts au gratin, spinach dip, and strawberry punch. for dessert i made a red cake and a green cake. i then crumbled those up and made trifle layering the cakes, vanilla pudding, strawberries, and whipped cream.
