Eartha paved the way for a lot of black female artists in show business. She had the purrrfect purr as Cat Woman. She was one classy woman who will be missed!!! Do you have any memories of Eartha???

Hi ladyM I remember Eartha \kitt and the song Santa Baby but not a lot else..which is a shame she was a great singer and will surely be missed...hugs litttleowl

Hi LadyMarissa,
Yes I thought she was a wonderful person, she had such hard life when she was young, and I loved her songs as well as her acting, she will be missed by all, a great lady.

What a terrible loss, and on Christmas Day! I just pulled up her info on CNN Entertainment and I could have hit the floor. Ms. Kitt was a true american origin.
