Eartha Kitt dies at 81

I just read about this. How sad. I met Eartha Kitt when my step father played a caveman in the move Ernest Scared Stupid. She was a lovely woman and although I was a child she just had a kindness about her. I really hated to hear that she had passed although she lived a pretty long time.

what i wudnt give to hear her say "Purrrrrfect " :] she'll be missed by many , she did live a long time , she was in so many TV shows and flims ...

Hey bailey~Wow, that is way cool that you got to meet Eartha Kitt. She seems like she would have been a lovely woman. I was a fan of hers for many years. I was very sad to hear that she passed away today even though she did live a long time. She had quite a substantial career and I enjoyed her in in throughout the years in many of the roles that she took on. I will miss her. May she rest in peace.
