I got 3 bags of Christmas chocolate candy, do you know if I can store it in the freezer, that's enough to last the two of us most of 2009 if I can just store it. Suggestions please

Hey pat! I don't see why you wouldn't be able to store the candy in the freezer. It would definitely stay that way. You certainly can't leave it out for too long because then it will definitely go bad. I'm sure freezing it is fine. That is the best way to keep chocolate from spoiling. I think that is the best way.

You can store it in the freezer. My neighbor does it all the time to hide it from her kids. When we have extra candy I donate it to my grandmother's nursing home that she lives in. They have small kitchen nooks in each hallway of the home and I just go put it on the counter for everyone to take what they want.

I should store well in the freezer. We put candy in the freezer all the time, just make sure you let it warm up a bit before you eat it.

I know if its chocolate you can store it in the freezer for a really long time. In fact, I have chocolate in my freezer right now that I got for Christmas. I have to eat it before New Year's though, because then I'm going on a diet! But yes you should be able to store most kinds of candy in the refridgerator no problem.
